If you are a loan officer and are looking for mortgage coaching, well… I am not a mortgage coach. But I am a Realtor and I know the importance of real estate relationships.
My name is Nat Wallen and I am a Realtor in Charleston SC and also the founder of the BellaRuby Free Real Estate CRM. There are many different ways loan officers market to real estate agents, and while I do certainly appreciate the efforts, so much of it seems like it could be a complete waste of your valuable time.
Yes, buyers get pre-approved too late, and yes, buyers come to us first most of the time, and yes, you may feel like you have to chase us agents to build a book of Realtor partners.
And if you are brand new to the mortgage industry, I am so glad you found this video because figuring out how to be a loan officer doesn’t have to be about chasing agents and getting frustrated when we don’t respond favorably.
And here’s a hint, most of us agents are so busy figuring out how to be a real estate agent, that we don’t have much time for anything else.

Like I said, I am not a mortgage coach, and I have no idea how to be a mortgage broker (and believe me, I don’t want to know)… I mean, I totally respect what your side of the industry does to help us agents.
