Hi, my name is [YOUR NAME]. I am a Realtor here in [YOUR CITY].

On occasion a buyer will want to inspect a home prematurely by asking if they should get an inspection before making an offer.

You might think that is a good idea so you can figure out everything wrong with it to help you with the pricing part, but that’s a bad idea.

You could spend a few hundred dollars on an inspection and someone could buy it out from under you… or worse, the seller may not agree to sell it to you. .

And while I know this goes without saying it, we want to wait on the home inspection until after you have a ratified contract on the property.

We will have a set period of time to get it done before getting too deep into the process.

And I hope you don’t mind me bringing this up… I just want to make sure you are not spending money haphazardly.

Ok, that’s it for now!
