When we find a home you like, I will of course research it’s value. Looking at relevant homes that have sold in the area is a start, but there are a few more things to consider.

If the seller just listed yesterday they have not had the time on the market to wonder if they are overpriced.

If they have been listed for several months and have not reduced the price, we can deduct that they may not be too flexible.

This is not always the case though. There may be sticking with the same price until they get an offer.

If they have had a series of reductions, this will indicate their level of motivation as well.

We will discuss all of these variables once we find a home that you like.
