There is a lot of information floating around out there on the web, and my job is to help it all make sense.

Once we find a home I will work to make sure that the price you pay is never too high.

Typically a seller comes on the market and is either priced well and sells immediately, or they move the price down until it sells.

I will start by looking at the days on the market. If a home has been sitting for over a month, then that is an indicator that it might be too high.

I will also look closely at the saturation levels, a history of times it has been listed, what an owner originally paid, and if the price has been reduced.

There are several other variables I will research, as I want to make sure you are buying the right home at the right price.
