When viewing the home we may have seen where the seller has tons of stuff and it may be really difficult to move.

We could offer a lower price and an addendum that says here are three choices. 30 days, 45 days or 60 days. Pick your closing date!

This might be a good way to show the seller you are a real person and understand they have needs.

My point is, humanizing the process can bring a better result in some cases.
