Hi, my name is [YOUR NAME]. I am a Realtor here in [YOUR CITY].

After we have showings on your home, I will of course work to obtain feedback from the showing agent.

I have found that there are three forms of feedback… positive, negative and neutral.

Neutral feedback is bland, and is not as helpful.

The showing agent may indicate that the price seemed fine and that was it. This is an indicator that they are continuing to look.

Negative feedback can be constructive, but you also have to take what they say with a grain of salt.

Like if a buyer says, they did not like the wallpaper… well, we all know wallpaper can be changed.

Buyers will say anything to their agent just to keep moving…

and unless we get 10 buyers saying they do not like the wallpaper, then I would not suggest removing it.

Positive feedback is obviously what we want, and it is what I listen for.

When I see it… I will immediately call the agent to answer questions and to give them all the info they will need to write an offer.

I will of course keep you posted every step of the way.
