This way you can know what to expect, and hopefully not be inconvenienced too much in the process.
I will gather instructions from you, and then a third party showing company will typically follow those instructions and follow the blueprint we provide.
Approving showings is as easy as replying to an email, or even a text message.
Typically buyers will work within a one hour window. Sometimes they show up early, and sometimes they come a little late.
Buyers that are new to the market (the tricklers) may see a maximum of 6-7 homes at one time.
These are the ones that may not be in time, and please know that I will do my best to control this if I can.
The buyers that have been waiting for new properties typically see one to two homes at a time. These are our most motivated buyers.
I will work to provide feedback from showings, which typically happens within 24 hours of the showing.
If you are at home during the showing, do your best to excuse yourself so the buyer can speak freely with their agent.
This will help the agent do their job and the buyer will also stay longer, which is important.
Of course all of these details are not set in stone, but this is how 99% of the showings will occur.
