Letting a buyer know these details could cost you leverage, and we may not be able to negotiate as high of a price as we may want.

buyers typically set appointments for an hour at a time.

They may show up late, and they may stay longer than their appointment allows.

If possible, circle the block if you see they are still here when you get home.

And remember, if they stay for a long time, that is a really good sign.
